Senior Business Development Manager_Full-Time_Remote, India Position: Senior Business Development Manager Location: Remote, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 10-20 Years About the Role: • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare verticals. • The role demands a strong focus on acquiring new clients, managing your newly acquired accounts, leading a recruitment delivery team, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Business Development • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. • Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and market presence. • Build strong client relationships through presentations, meetings, and networking. • Negotiate contracts, business terms, and service agreements with new clients. Account Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. • Maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and trust. • Manage escalations, resolve issues, and provide continuous value to clients. • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue. Team Leadership & Delivery Management: • Lead and guide a team of recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs. • Allocate requirements, set targets, and ensure timely closures. • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement. • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality candidate submissions. Reporting & Strategy: • Track business development activities, sales pipeline, and recruitment delivery. • Provide regular reports on client acquisition, revenue, and hiring status. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. • Experience: 3–10 years in business development / client acquisition within IT staffing, Non-IT recruitment, or Healthcare recruitment industry. • Proven track record of generating new business and managing client accounts. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent delivery. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Leadership skills with experience in managing recruiters/team members. • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
