About the Role: • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare verticals. • The role demands a strong focus on acquiring new clients, managing your newly acquired accounts, leading a recruitment delivery team, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. • Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and market presence. • Build strong client relationships through presentations, meetings, and networking. • Negotiate contracts, business terms, and service agreements with new clients. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. • Maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and trust. • Manage escalations, resolve issues, and provide continuous value to clients. • Lead and guide a team of recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs. • Allocate requirements, set targets, and ensure timely closures. • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement. • Track business development activities, sales pipeline, and recruitment delivery. • Provide regular reports on client acquisition, revenue, and hiring status.
