Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Key Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in US staffing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in this field and excellent relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams, and building a strong client network. They must also have knowledge of the end-to-end contract staffing process, including P&L, Costing, and Budgeting. Requirements: • A minimum of 3-5+ years experience as a Business Development Manager in US staffing; • Mastery of sales records, networking skills, • Strong understanding of DBs, Rapport & Tier1 Vendors & clients; • a Proven track record
