About the job

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Remote - India) to drive PU Prime’s growth across India. This strategic role focuses on managing IBs, affiliates, and local partnerships, driving client acquisition, and expanding our footprint in key Indian markets. Responsibilities: • Identify, onboard, and manage IB and affiliate partnerships across India. • Drive client outsourcing, lead generation, and partner-driven acquisition. • Monitor, track, and report on partner performance with actionable insights. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Indian regulatory frameworks in Forex and CFD markets. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute regional growth strategies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably in Forex/CFDs. • Must have own IBs, clients, and portfolio to bring into PU Prime. • Strong performance track record with past 3 months sales/trading performance data available. • Ability to balance relationship building with achieving targets. • Deep knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and online trading platforms preferred. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced remote environment. • Fluency in English; additional Indian languages are a plus. • Willingness to travel within India for business development activities if required.
