Title: Senior Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey Projects Experience: 5-10 years of experience in business development within interior fit-out or turnkey commercial projects. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our interior fit-out and turnkey commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing high-value commercial interior projects. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. • Generate leads through networking, consultants, architects, PMC firms, and corporate clients. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. • Meet potential clients to understand project requirements and present company capabilities. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations, and lead negotiations. • Coordinate with design and project teams for technical inputs and execution planning. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. • Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and exhibitions. Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience in business development within interior fit-out or turnkey commercial projects. • Strong professional network with corporate clients, architects, consultants, and PMC firms. • Proven track record of successfully closing commercial interior projects. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage high-value contracts and client discussions. • Good understanding of interior project costing, planning, and execution. • Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong business acumen. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. • MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred). • Experience handling corporate and commercial clients.
