Job Title: Senior Business Development – OEM Segment (Automotive Lighting) Experience: 12+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and foster strong relationships with OEM customers in the Commercial Vehicle, Off-Road, and Passenger Vehicle sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a robust database of key contacts within the Commercial Vehicle, Off-Road, and Passenger Vehicle sectors. • Identify and assess potential markets and suitable products for targeted customer segments. • Leverage extensive knowledge of the PAN India automobile market to create and capitalize on business opportunities. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with OE customers to ensure repeat and long-term business. • Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and partnerships. Qualifications: • Education: Graduate in technical or non-technical disciplines. • Experience: 12–20 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on business development and OEM customer interactions.
