Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate new leads via cold calling, door-to-door, or community engagement (e.g., residential societies) and convert leads from call center teams. Site Inspections: Conduct thorough on-site property inspections to identify pest types, entry points, and severity of infestations to provide accurate service recommendations. Sales Closing: Present tailored pest control solutions, provide quotes, and close contracts, specifically focusing on annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, business owners, and property managers. Reporting & Follow-up: Maintain a structured follow-up system for potential leads and maintain accurate sales records. Key Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience, often requiring a high school diploma or equivalent (MBA/graduate for some positions). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to educate clients on pest control methods. Physical Ability: Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform inspections. Sales Focus: Proven ability to meet sales targets, up sell, and work independently.
