About the Role ... We’re looking for a Senior BDR who can drive high-quality pipeline for the US market by targeting event organizers, associations, and enterprise brands. This role is not just about volume — it’s about quality conversations, high-value opportunities, and strategic prospecting. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to break into key accounts and generate meaningful pipeline. What you will do: • Own outbound pipeline generation for the US region (events, conferences, trade shows) • Prospect into event organizers, associations, and enterprise marketing teams • Run high-quality discovery conversations to uncover event challenges (check-in, attendee experience, lead capture, etc.) • Generate and qualify Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) with strong deal potential • Use multi-channel outreach: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and event-trigger-based prospecting • Collaborate with AEs to convert pipeline into revenue • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility • Mentor junior SDRs and help elevate outbound quality across the team • Bring insights from the market back to Marketing & Product teams What we're Looking for: • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling • 3–6 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles targeting the US market • Proven track record of hitting pipeline/SAL targets • Ability to sell value — not just book meetings • Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders • Prior SaaS or event-tech experience is a strong plus • Strong storytelling and objection-handling skills What Success Looks Like: • Consistently hitting or exceeding quarterly SAL targets • Generating high-value pipeline (focus on larger events & enterprise deals) • Strong conversion from SAL → Opportunity • Driving higher Average Deal Size (ADS) through better qualification • Contributing to team success through mentorship and best practices Why Join Fielddrive: • Work with a global customer base across US & Europe. • Be part of a fast-growing event-tech company • High ownership and visibility with leadership • Clear growth path into Account Executive / Team Lead roles • Performance-driven culture with strong incentives
