Role Overview: As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful information and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing standard data reports, executive processes, and robust tools for self-service analysis. You will analyze factors impacting business performance and derive actionable insights to address the organization's challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of scalable analytics solutions to track and predict revenue, booking deal size, win rate, customer segments, and identify new market opportunities - Architect, build, and launch new data models for intuitive analytics - Create visually compelling dashboards and reports for effective communication of complex analytical findings - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations - Evaluate, implement, and manage analytics tools and systems for data accuracy and accessibility - Stay updated on the latest trends in customer analytics and continuously improve analytics solutions - Build strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders and identify collaboration opportunities across functions - Uphold Pure Storage values and lead with integrity, passion, and purpose - Work primarily in the Bengaluru office, following Pure's policies unless on approved leave Qualifications Required: - 10 or more years of experience in the Analytics domain, with a track record of leading key initiatives and engaging teams and stakeholders - Advanced proficiency in Tableau, MS Excel (VBA knowledge), SQL, and Snowflake preferred - Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights - Excellent communication skills to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders - Strong leadership skills to provide guidance and foster a collaborative high-performing culture - Master's degree preferred, with a concentration in statistics, data science, operational research, or finance
