Senior Business Operations Manager
About the job
As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will lead and drive programs while solving some of our strategic challenges. Responsibilities: - Drive Strategy & Operating Rhythm - Connect organizational strategy to project-level execution to deliver on key performance drivers. - Drive the operating rhythm at a program level to monitor performance, inspire teams, and instill accountability. - Solve Strategic Problems & Execute with Rigor - Lead strategic initiatives with end-to-end ownership—identifying priorities, building the right team, and managing progress and risks. - Frame strategic questions and design experiments to identify solutions independently. - Enable Scale & Lead Change - Establish credibility and trust across teams to lead change with velocity. Qualifications: - 6–8 years of experience in high-impact roles, such as strategy/business operations in a tech company or a top-tier management consulting firm focused on implementation. - Proven ability to develop and scale integrated strategic communications plans.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized institution
