Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic category plans to achieve sales, margin, and market share objectives. • Manage product assortment, including selection, sourcing, and vendor relationships for all electronics products. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis to identify opportunities and threats. • Develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies to maximize profitability and sales volume. • Oversee inventory management for the category, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing markdowns. • Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to create impactful product displays and promotional campaigns. • Analyze category performance data and provide regular reports and insights to senior management. • Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. • Stay abreast of new product introductions, technological advancements, and market trends in the electronics sector. • Manage category budget and P&L effectively. • Mentor and develop junior category team members.

Qualifications
