Role: Guidewire ClaimsCenter Data Analyst Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 Months+ Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) We’re seeking a Senior Claims Data Analyst with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter and P&C insurance experience to drive data accuracy, insights, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze large commercial P&C claims datasets to identify trends and issues• Build dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI / QlikView• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven improvements• Support data mapping, migration, ETL, and reconciliation in Guidewire ClaimCenter• Act as a moderator for ClaimCenter master data mapping & integrations• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders• Present insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiencesRequired Skills & Experience:• 5+ years in claims data analysis (insurance / P&C preferred)• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter• Expertise in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL and ETL tools• Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query)• Experience with data visualization tools• Solid understanding of P&C insurance conceptsNice to Have:• Python / SAS, predictive analytics, ML exposure• AI tools and automation experience
