Company : Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt Ltd Position : Senior Client Acquisition Lead Experience : 5+ Years (Strictly Mandatory) Location : Chennai Industry : US IT Staffing & Recruitment Work Mode : Onsite Shift : US Shift Employment Type : Full-Time Role Summary We are looking for a senior-level Business Development professional who can build revenue from scratch, acquire direct US clients / MSPs, and own the entire sales lifecycle with measurable results.Key Responsibilities • Acquire Direct Clients, MSPs, and System Integrators in the US • Own end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting → negotiation → closure • Independently close MSA, NDA, SOW, Rate Cards • Generate consistent live requirements within 30–60 days • Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality delivery • Build long-term, repeat-billing accounts • Negotiate rates, margins, and exclusivity where possible • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline forecasting. Non-Negotiable Requirements • Candidates must meet ALL below criteria : • 5+ years of hands-on US IT Staffing Business Development • Proven experience closing Direct Clients / MSPs • Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models • Experience with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) • Comfortable owning revenue targets • Ability to work independently without handholding IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE APPLYING This is NOT a coordination, support, or learning role.
