What is Portfolio Administration Team responsible for? • The Portfolio Administration department provides operational support to Institutional, Sub-advised & High Net Worth separate accounts managed by Franklin Templeton. This includes issue resolution, providing accounting and reporting services, and delivering comprehensive account information to our internal and external partners. What are the ongoing responsibilities of Senior Client Service Representative? • Ownership of assigned Institutional Separate Account portfolios on behalf of Franklin Templeton Services (FTS). • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve queries, track issues to completion via collaboration with key groups and individuals globally. • Support account events such as on-boarding activities, restructuring and participating in client/custodian meetings for custodian changes. • Develop solutions and deliver complex/custom reports and procedures as requested. • Actively developing and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships. • Deliver premiere and seamless client service to internal and external clients such as Sales/Marketing, Client Services, external Institutional Clients, Portfolio Management, Trading and Performance. What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful? • Possesses problem solving skills, detail orientation and good analytical skills. • Communicates effectively, builds and maintains relationships with internal teams and business partners. • Has good organizational skills and ability to prioritize own workloads. • Demonstrates a keen interest in applying technology and AI tools, with experience in developing, testing and implementing automated processes. • Is flexible with assigned work; able to work across time zones and expand scope where needed.
