Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Services Manager based in Pune. The Senior Client Services Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive services that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing client concerns, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing client feedback, and developing strategies to meet client expectations. Qualifications • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a client servicing role at an advertising agency • Work from Office – Satara Road, Pune (mandatory) • Primary point of contact between clients and internal creative, strategy, and execution teams • Handle copywriting, social media management, and team coordination • Translate client business objectives into clear communication and campaign briefs • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery • Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams for seamless execution • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships • Experience in branding, marketing, or consultancy is a plus
