Key Responsibilities: • Calculate and manage service level requirements to meet client expectations. • Create operational KPI's using the performance data from the system and measuring against agreed SLA's. • Serve as a liaison between clients, internal IT, and Operations teams to uphold service levels. • Coordinate preparation, collation, distribution of governance meeting materials including reports, minutes, and action plans. • Audit Compliance Change Management Reporting Improvement: Automation manual reports dashboards Macro gain efficiency Creative visual representation KPI Power point. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of Brokerage Market Clearing Custody fee Static Data Internal audit Service level. Min 1 year experience in client reporting management reporting client communications. Ability to work under pressure, manage own workload within specific deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability work collaboratively. Present information verbally and in writing in a clear concise manner. Excellent attention to detail. Experience working BI Tableau Power point reporting tool advantage SQL skills MS Office skills.
