SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Feasibility Data Scientist with strong expertise in clinical analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven workflows. In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent analytics solutions that enhance clinical trial feasibility and site selection, helping global teams plan smarter, faster, and more accurately. You will blend deep clinical trial operations knowledge with cutting-edge AI to build predictive models, automated agents, and next-generation decision-support tools. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop data-driven feasibility and site-selection analytics to support clinical trial planning • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflows • Build and deploy predictive models and decision-support tools for feasibility assessments • Partner closely with clinical operations, feasibility teams, and global stakeholders • Build data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytical models using modern frameworks • Develop and implement AI/ML models to improve feasibility accuracy and site selection efficiency • Contribute to the optimization of scalable clinical trial analytics platforms • Ensure alignment with timelines and cross-functional project deliverables QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years in clinical trial operations analytics, including feasibility & site selection • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL • Proven experience building AI/ML models and analytics frameworks • Experience developing AI agents or automated data science workflows • Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment supporting feasibility analytics • Strong ability to build predictive models for clinical decision-making • Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder collaboration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent systems • Workflow automation and intelligent agent frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments • Knowledge of modern scalable analytics platforms and data infrastructure DURATION Contract – 6 Months (Potential to Extend) SALARY Attractive hourly rate LOCATION Remote (Anywhere in India) ABOUT PLANET PHARMA Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its headquarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
