RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop data-driven feasibility and site-selection analytics to support clinical trial planning • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflows • Build and deploy predictive models and decision-support tools for feasibility assessments • Partner closely with clinical operations, feasibility teams, and global stakeholders • Build data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytical models using modern frameworks • Develop and implement AI/ML models to improve feasibility accuracy and site selection efficiency • Contribute to the optimization of scalable clinical trial analytics platforms • Ensure alignment with timelines and cross-functional project deliverables QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years in clinical trial operations analytics, including feasibility & site selection • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL • Proven experience building AI/ML models and analytics frameworks • Experience developing AI agents or automated data science workflows • Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment supporting feasibility analytics • Strong ability to build predictive models for clinical decision-making • Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder collaboration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent systems • Workflow automation and intelligent agent frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments • Knowledge of modern scalable analytics platforms and data infrastructure
