Senior Cloud Success Associate

Insight Direct India is seeking a proactive Senior Cloud Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure our clients are properly onboarded and derive maximum value from their investment in Insight's cloud solutions. We'll count on you to build and maintain strong relationships, guiding clients towards the most advantageous adoption of our offerings. As a Senior Cloud Success Associate, you'll get to: • Be the voice of the customer by conducting monthly or quarterly business reviews. • Analyze consumption and usage data to help clients understand and optimize their cloud spend. • Provide standardized recommendations to increase adoption, working closely with Insight resources to offer specific, best-practice guidance. • Develop a deep understanding of Insight's offerings, policies, and procedures. • Partner with clients to create a Value Investment and Roadmap Plan for those who qualify for CSM (Customer Success Manager) engagement, tracking client growth in the cloud and identifying professional services opportunities (PSOs). What We're Looking For: • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant technical discipline from an accredited university. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions (client success, customer service, professional services, technical support, or similar roles focused on client success are preferred). • Microsoft Technologies: Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. • Microsoft Portals: Experience working in Microsoft Partner Centers and the Azure Portal. • Azure Proficiency: Be able to demonstrate how to maneuver in Azure and train clients on best practices. • Problem-Solving: Ability to assist clients in solving problems through cloud technologies, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
