Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Collection Officer based on-site in Ayodhya. The Senior Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt recovery, implementing effective collection strategies, and maintaining communication with clients to resolve payment issues. Additional tasks include analyzing account history, providing customer service to address concerns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Qualifications • Strong skills in Debt Collection and practical experience in handling collections efficiently. • Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate account details and develop effective recovery strategies. • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and address their concerns professionally. • Basic knowledge or experience in Finance and financial services is highly recommended. • Ability to work independently. • Experience in handling micro and small business clients is an advantage. • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, are preferable.
