🚀 Senior Construction Program Manager 📍 Location: Dholera, Gujarat (On-site Leadership Role) About Tata Electronics We are seeking a proven Construction Program Management leader to spearhead one of India’s largest high-tech infrastructure projects. This role centers on delivering a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility, with critical oversight of advanced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Process) systems to ensure operational excellence and long-term reliability. The leader will be accountable for integrating multiple stakeholders, driving safety and quality, and orchestrating highly complex workstreams to deliver on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end construction planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale semiconductor facilities. • Oversee governance, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder alignment. • Manage EPC contractors, design consultants, and global partners for quality-driven, on-time execution. • Ensure world-class standards in cleanrooms, utilities, and precision-controlled environments. • Provide oversight of MEP systems to enable seamless commissioning and transition to operations. • Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability in all activities. • Build, mentor, and manage cross-disciplinary project teams. Qualifications: • 15+ years in large-scale industrial construction program management (semiconductor, electronics, refinery, petrochemical, or high-tech). • Proven success leading greenfield megaprojects with high complexity. • Strong expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. • Working knowledge of advanced MEP systems (HVAC, chillers, CDA, UPW, gases, utilities). • Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
