To qualify for this role, you should possess: - 15+ years of experience in large-scale industrial construction program management, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, refinery, petrochemical, or high-tech sectors. - Demonstrated success in leading greenfield megaprojects with high complexity. - Strong expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. - Working knowledge of advanced MEP systems such as HVAC, chillers, CDA, UPW, gases, and utilities. - A degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
