Join us and enjoy a generous Sign-On Bonus — We are offering an exceptional quick joiner bonus of 5 LPA, alongside our general sign on bonus of 2 LPA This role provides support for AMS customers managing incidents, optimisation mini-projects and support to other Financials delivery team members. across several Workday Fins and PSA functional areas. The consultant will assist clients with day to day Workday incidents, working closely with customer representatives to understand their business requirements, maintain and configure Workday Financials system to meet customer needs, and ensure smooth adoption of best practices. Key Job Responsibilities • Lead and participate in the set up and configuration and optimisation of Workday Fins / PSA functionality based on complex customer needs within agreed methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following functional areas • a) Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Closing & Reporting • b) Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Tax and Banking / Settlements • c) Customer Contracts, Customer Accounts, Project Billing, Revenue Recognition, Cash Application & AR Management • Identify opportunities for tenant enhancements and recommend improvements to maximise value to the customer's investment • Contributes to the evolution of implementation methodologies • Leads customer scoping, requirement gathering workshops and customer confirmation sessions • Translates customer requirements into detailed project scopes, ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed through delivery/subsequent changes • Coordinate testing efforts for the workstream and problem solve complex issues with minimal support • Provides support and guidance to more junior team members • Contributes to the planning and delivery of data migration and cut over phases ensuring milestones are met • Collaborates effectively with other teams, eg Change, Testing, PMO as required • Contributes to business development through ensuring effective billing and change order activities and the contribution to RFP's • Any other duties which may reasonably be assigned from time to time The Ideal Candidate • Workday Implementer experience • Workday Certified (current or expired) • Experience configuring other Workday modules • Experience of multiple Workday implementations • Chartered Accountant or equivalent, or a relevant Finance or Accounting degree Necessary Experience • 5+ years of experience of Workday Fins/PSA configuration experience • Thorough knowledge of at least one of the Workday Financials functional areas below. • Experience of designing and configuring Workday solutions in a variety of geographies/industries • Experience of migrating and loading Workday data - Journals, Customers, Suppliers, AP & AR transactjons • Some exposure to managing others Necessary Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Consultative in their customer approach • Possesses excellent oral & written communication skills • Fluent English (written/ spoken) We Offer You: • A great environment to learn, develop and be successful in what you do • Opportunity to support our work with some of the World's most recognisable brands • Competitive package and hybrid work model • Travel opportunities for key events • Career growth opportunities (as we’re growing rapidly!)
