Aligning the learning and development initiatives and portfolios with their business strategy, leading the new learning product development projects for the strategically prioritized capabilities for short and long-term success. • Optimizing the utilization of learning technologies and Gen-AI, processes, and tools to facilitate scalable program delivery, skill building, and performance enhancement. • Cultivating a robust learning culture grounded in a profound understanding of employees' needs, fostering an environment where individuals can unlock their potential through meaningful learning experiences.
