PURPOSE The role is responsible for driving strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives that support the commercial and growth objectives of the Asia-Pacific. This role leads the execution of integrated Marketing & Communications programs - fully aligned with SITA’s global and regional strategy - to enhance brand presence, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate business development opportunities across India’s aviation and technology ecosystem. What Will You Do Strategic Marketing Leadership • Translate the regional business strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans that support revenue, customer engagement, and market growth objectives. • Partner closely with India leadership, sales teams, and global marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility across all initiatives. Campaigns, Programs & Events • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, programs, and events - including industry forums, customer roundtables, and partner engagements. • Ensure all activities integrate seamlessly with SITA’s global marketing priorities and messaging framework. Customer & Market Insights • Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to support account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts in India. • Provide intelligence on customer needs, market shifts, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities relevant to the region’s priorities. Content & Thought Leadership • Develop high-quality, locally relevant content - including case studies, articles, presentations, and collateral - to reinforce SITA’s leadership and strengthen positioning in India. • Contribute to or co-create thought leadership initiatives, executive speaking opportunities, and industry engagements. Brand, Reputation & Communications • Ensure consistent application of SITA's brand, narrative, and visual identity across all India marketing touchpoints. • Protect and elevate SITA’s reputation by ensuring brand compliance and delivering high-impact communications across digital and offline channels. Stakeholder & Industry Engagement • Support key relationships with industry associations, aviation bodies, partners, and influencers in line with SITA’s India strategy. • Contribute to targeted contact strategies for top customers and regional decision-makers to ensure precision in messaging and engagement. Marketing Operations & Governance • Monitor marketing performance, track ROI, and manage India marketing budgets efficiently. • Maintain transparency of all regional marketing activities by adhering to global processes, reporting frameworks, and governance standards. • Ensure high-quality collaboration with the global Marketing Profession to drive alignment and continuous improvement. Qualifications EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS • At least 8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, aviation, travel, or enterprise solutions. • Proven capability in campaign management, regional marketing, stakeholder engagement, and content creation. • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, market insights, and competitor analysis. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a matrix environment with global and regional teams. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Post-graduate qualification or MBA preferred. What We Offer • We're all about diversity.
