Senior Consultant – Warehouse Design

With over 20 years of presence in India, our Mumbai team works with leading companies in India and globally, delivering end-to-end consulting engagements across supply chain and operations — combining deep analytics with hands-on implementation. **Role Description** We are looking for experienced professionals (7–10 years) to join our team in Mumbai, with a strong focus on warehouse design and intralogistics transformation. This role is ideal for someone who has worked on real warehouse design problems, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants to drive end-to-end solutions — from concept to implementation. **Qualifications** • 7–10 years of experience in warehouse design / intralogistics / supply chain consulting • Strong hands-on experience in: Warehouse layout design Storage strategy and material flow optimisation Process design (inbound, picking, dispatch) • Experience in end-to-end warehouse design / transformation projects • Exposure to automation / solution design (ASRS, sorters, mechanisation) preferred • Strong data handling capability (Advanced Excel must-have; VBA / Macros preferred; Power BI / Power Query good to have) • Structured problem-solving mindset and attention to detail • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading teams or managing workstreams • Willing to work from Mumbai office (5 days a week) **What you will do** • Lead warehouse design workstreams across projects • Translate business requirements into practical, implementable design solutions • Work on problems across: Warehouse design (greenfield / brownfield) Capacity planning and throughput modelling Process optimisation and productivity improvement Automation and solution design • Build data-driven models to support decision-making • Engage with clients and drive discussions / decisions • Guide and mentor junior team members • Work with global teams on live consulting projects **What you will gain** • Opportunity to work on end-to-end warehouse design and transformation projects • Exposure to global clients and complex supply chain problems • Strong ownership and visibility in client engagements • Hands-on experience in data-driven consulting + implementation • Accelerated learning across warehouse design, automation, and operations
