The role holder will research and insight programs, integrate customer learnings into marketing and product decisions, manage social and digital intelligence tools, and support the overall insight strategy. Roles & Responsibilities: • Insight Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end insight studies—qualitative and quantitative research, customer immersions, segmentation, need-state analysis. • Social & Digital Intelligence: Handle social listening workflows, track trends, sentiment, competitor conversations, audience themes, and report actionable insights. • Digital Marketing Intelligence: Operate tools like SimilarWeb, SEMRush, GWI, app metrics platforms; translate outputs into marketing recommendations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital acquisition, product, brand, analytics, and content teams to integrate insights into decisions. • Customer Data Interpretation: Partner with analytics teams to triangulate research findings with internal data. • Vendor Coordination: Manage research partners and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Insight Storytelling: Build narratives for marketing and product teams; create clear, structured presentations. Secondary Responsibilities: • Insight Documentation & Repository: Maintain insight libraries, frameworks, and templates. • Data Hygiene for Listening Tools: Ensure accurate taxonomies, categories, and dashboards for listening systems. • Support New Proposition Development: Provide consumer insight inputs for product development and GTM. • AI & Automation Support: Assist in building AI-based summary reports and VOC dashboards. Education Qualification: Graduate - Bachelors in Business, social sciences, media, engineering Post Graduate - MBA Experience: 3+ years preferred
