Job Overview ProManage is looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer and Strategist to develop compelling content that showcases our products and services across multiple channels, including our website, and paid and organic campaigns. The role will focus on driving inbound interest, building thought leadership, and positioning ProManage as a global SaaS brand. You will play a key role in increasing website traffic, growth, and improving conversion rates across campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Develop high-quality content to promote ProManage’s products and services across : • Website • Paid and organic digital campaigns • Build and execute a content strategy aligned with the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion). • Create thought leadership content to position ProManage for global markets. • Drive inbound demand through blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, ad copies, and social media content. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging. • Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars. • Track and analyze performance metrics such as : • Website traffic • growth • Conversion rates across campaigns • Optimize content for SEO and manage website content updates. • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and optimization. • Support marketing operations with content assets for campaigns and launches. Critical / Key Skills • Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal). • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel. • Proven ability to write about technology and SaaS products. • Adept in all forms of writing : • Long-form content • Short-form content • Social media • Marketing and sales content • Content planning and content strategy expertise. • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimization.
