Role : Senior Conversational AI Agent Developer (Healthcare | Salesforce) Location : Hyderabad, India (Remote / Hybrid) Experience : 3–8 Years Employment Type : Full-time Domain : Healthcare / Life Sciences / HealthTech About the Role We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Agent Developer with experience integrating Conversational AI with Salesforce to design, build, and scale intelligent, secure, and compliant AI agents for healthcare customers. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Conversational AI applications for enterprise and customer-facing use cases • Improve model outputs through prompt tuning, chaining, and reasoning strategies • Implement prompt versioning, evaluation, and performance tracking • Configure and optimize conversation flows, prompts, workflows, and agent orchestration • Implement multi-turn dialogue, context retention, and personalized responses • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms • Integrate conversational AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs • Implement speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) models for voice-enabled conversational agents • Develop AI agents supporting context-aware, personalized, multi-turn conversations • Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) • Integrate AI agents with healthcare data sources, including EHRs, FHIR APIs, clinical guidelines, PDFs, and databases • Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices, especially for healthcare data Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience in Python, including API development and asynchronous programming • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (OpenAI / GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Med-PaLM, Llama 3, etc.) • Proven experience building Conversational AI systems, chatbots, or AI assistants • Solid understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration • Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases • Experience integrating AI solutions with Salesforce APIs and data models Nice to Have / Preferred Skills • Experience with Amelia Agent or Kore.ai conversational AI platforms is a plus
