About the Role: As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating upGrad’s brand voice across platforms. You’ll lead high-impact campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior writers, and deliver content that drives engagement, performance, and conversion. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Write compelling, original copy for social media, email campaigns, performance ads, influencer content, and offline marketing ✔ Translate brand strategy and audience insights into impactful storytelling ✔ Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and internal stakeholders ✔ Drive ideation and contribute to creative concepts and campaign planning ✔ Conduct research to deeply understand products, audiences, and messaging ✔ Manage multiple projects end-to-end while meeting quality and timelines ✔ Optimize copy using feedback, data, and performance insights Skills We’re Looking For: 🔹 Exceptional command of English with strong grammar and nuance 🔹 Ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and funnel stages 🔹 Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset 🔹 High attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments Requirements: 🎓 Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field 🧠 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand marketing 📱 Strong understanding of social media marketing & performance copywriting 🤝 Experience working with cross-functional teams
