About the job

As a Senior Corporate Sales Executive at our client, a leading multinational corporation in the technology sector, your role will involve managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and presenting innovative solutions to C-suite executives and procurement managers within target organizations. Your deep understanding of the technology landscape and exceptional negotiation skills will be pivotal in closing complex deals and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory and client base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our client's solutions. - Negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. - Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales pipeline information. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to explain them to a non-technical audience. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is essential. - Ability to travel as needed within the region. - Proficiency in Hindi and English.
