Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, based in Kolkata with some flexibility for remote work. In this position, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, generating leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations. You will also focus on nurturing client relationships, delivering exemplary customer service, and achieving revenue goals to drive the company's growth in the musical instrument market. Qualifications • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships • Proven track record in Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to meet revenue targets • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management and reporting • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with both in-office and remote responsibilities • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred • Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus
