Senior Credit Associate Role Overview This is a fully remote position based in India, requiring alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution. • Develop clear and comprehensive credit memos for transactions. • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets. • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions. • Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution. • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously. Key qualifications and skills: • 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers. • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals. • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good understanding of financial modeling. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
