Key Responsibilities Enterprise Account Management • Act as the primary contact for strategic global accounts. • Build executive relationships and manage escalations proactively. • Align client objectives with delivery execution. Delivery Leadership • Lead onboarding and implementation engagements. • Ensure timelines, quality, and contractual compliance. • Drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Customer Success & Growth • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and ensure successful renewals. • Partner with Product teams to align solutions with client needs. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams. • Lead executive reviews and strategic planning sessions. • Drive measurable outcomes across global accounts. Required Skills • Strong experience in Customer Success and Delivery for enterprise SaaS solutions. • Proven ability to manage large global accounts and complex stakeholder ecosystems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence. • Strong governance, project management, and risk mitigation capabilities. • Ability to travel internationally as required. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
