Role & Responsibilities: KRA: 1. Overseeing the customer and its stakeholders onboarding process under a specific TAT. 2. Making sure that customers are actively using the product and are deriving value (ROI) from the product. 3. Defining success metrics with the customer and delivering the same with the GoComet product and service. 4. Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients and promotes ... Customer loyalty. 5. Handling a client from Pre onboarding till the Hypercare stage, so that client is retained for a lifetime. KPI: 1. Customer success managers work to solve problems before they happen. Proactiveness 2. Customer onboarding TAT and Customer Activation TAT. 3. Performance in the Internal Projects, Customer success process improvement projects. 4. Understanding client process and Command on GoComet product knowledge. 5. Contribution to Team Improvement and taking Initiative. 6. Improving NPS and CSAT score.
