You’ll work with some of the most forward-thinking product and operations teams in the world, guiding them from adoption to real, measurable success. Senior Customer Success Manager Own Outcomes, Not Just Accounts: Help them realize value not just features. Execute & Improve CS Playbooks: Run our structured customer success motions and iterate where needed to drive better scale or signal. Identify and Solve Risks Early: Be the eyes and ears on.
