Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, IN. This hybrid role is focused on ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our products and services, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer loyalty. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring successful adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of SaaS products, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage complex client relationships. You will work closely with sales, support, and product teams to advocate for customer needs and drive retention and growth. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers at all levels. Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process. Proactively monitoring customer health and identifying opportunities for engagement and value realization. Conducting regular business reviews to assess progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. Educating customers on product features, best practices, and new releases. Identifying and escalating customer issues, working with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Driving product adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities within your accounts. Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to product and sales teams. Contributing to the development of customer success best practices and resources.
