Our client, a rapidly growing tech company in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN , is seeking a proactive and client-focused Senior Customer Success Manager to join their vibrant team. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services, and driving customer retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of key accounts. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations. You will also gather customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, support) to address customer needs, and contribute to the development of customer success strategies. This fully remote position emphasizes building strong virtual connections and delivering exceptional service from anywhere. You will monitor customer health metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and advocate for customer interests within the organization. A deep understanding of SaaS products and customer relationship management is essential. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B tech environment. • Proven track record of managing customer relationships, driving retention, and achieving customer satisfaction goals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. • Experience in the software or technology industry is highly preferred.
