Our client, a rapidly expanding Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join their fully remote team, servicing clients in and around Mysuru. This role is critical in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key enterprise clients. This involves proactively understanding their business objectives, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and retention, and acting as their primary advocate within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS business models, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive client satisfaction and reduce churn. You will conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborate with product and support teams to address client needs and issues effectively. Key responsibilities include developing and executing success plans, monitoring client health scores, providing training and best practice guidance, and resolving complex client escalations. This position requires strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities within the client base. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a natural relationship builder, and a proactive problem-solver, comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
