Our client, a fast-paced technology company specializing in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Senior Customer Success Manager to join their dedicated team in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, IN. This role is crucial for fostering strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring they maximize the value derived from our innovative products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of SaaS business models, and a passion for driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success. Responsibilities include: • Developing and executing strategic account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; • Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling; • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and demonstrate value; • Onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration of our solutions; • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and insights to clients; • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs; • Monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing potential churn risks; • Providing feedback to the product team to inform future development. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry; • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving customer retention; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; • Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions; • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies; • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team; • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
