• Role Overview : • We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Solutions SME to lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms and AI-driven solutions. • This is a hands-on architectural role that combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement and delivery oversight. • You will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust data and AI architectures, validate solutions through workshops and prototypes, and guide delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. **Key Responsibilities** • Solution Architecture & Design • Design end-to-end data and AI architectures across ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics, and model deployment. • Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native data platforms. • Build and operationalize AI/ML pipelines, including training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps frameworks. • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance solution performance and efficiency. • Customer Engagement • Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. • Present architecture recommendations, PoCs, and solution roadmaps to stakeholders. • Collaborate with pre-sales and cloud teams to develop integrated solutions. • Pre-Sales & Solution Support • Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, estimations, and solution documentation. • Develop reusable templates and reference architectures. • Support technical workshops and demonstrations during pursuit cycles. • Delivery Governance • Guide delivery teams in implementing proposed architectures. • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure architectural integrity. • Capture learnings and refine best practices across engagements. **Required Skills & Experience** • Strong experience in data engineering using tools such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, or Redshift. • Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, ADF, or similar frameworks. • Proficiency in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. • Experience implementing MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data and AI services. • Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable data and AI solutions. • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices. • Experience developing technical documentation and customer-facing solution artifacts. **Soft Skills** • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Collaborative and delivery-focused mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working with global consulting, analytics, or product engineering organizations. • Exposure to GenAI, LLM-based applications, or AI automation frameworks. • Relevant cloud or data/AI certifications.
