Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in e-commerce domain using data analytics to join our Data Analytics team. This role will partner closely with payments space stakeholders delivering high-quality insights, robust reporting, and data models that support data driven decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience , is proficient in SQL (8/10) , and has hands-on expertise with Tableau (preferred) or Power BI. You enjoy working with complex data, building scalable reporting, and translating business questions into clear, data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, reporting needs, and analytical requirements. • Design, build, and maintain SQL-based datasets, views, and queries to support recurring and ad hoc analysis. • Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly. • Support BAU work & ad-hoc analysis and critical projects in the payments space. • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth. • Collaborate with data engineering and other analytics teams for collaboration, improving data models, data quality, and documentation across Payments domains. • Translate complex findings into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, including presentations and written summaries. • Contribute to the design and implementation of automation and standardization for recurring Finance/Accounting reporting and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science , or a related field
