Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives, from requirement gathering to insight delivery • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define KPIs • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports • Perform advanced analysis including forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance • Collaborate with data engineering teams on data modeling and pipeline improvements • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related roles Required Skills • Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) • Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas) • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques • Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred) • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Experience working in domains such as Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare, or SaaS • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
