Elevare Business Solutions is searching for a Senior Data Analyst to join a prominent Australian Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) leader in their Thiruvananthapuram office. This is a senior, strategic commercial role focused on leveraging advanced data analytics to drive high-level profitability and optimize complex freight/logistics operations. Key Role Highlights: • Role: Senior Data Analyst (Focus on Commercial Strategy) • Location: Kazhakootam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India • Work Arrangement: On-site • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM IST • Perks: Breakfast Provided • Salary: ₹10 - ₹12 Lakhs CTC per annum (Open for Discussion) Essential Requirements for this Senior Role: • Mandatory Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a quantitative field. • Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Senior Analyst or similar role, specifically within a 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) company or a strategic commercial/logistics department. • Advanced Technical Skills (Crucial for Commercial Analysis): • HIGH proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a critical requirement for complex financial modeling and cost analysis). • SQL for efficient large-scale data management. • Business Intelligence (BI) tools for executive reporting and data visualization. • Focus: Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute commercial strategies, cost optimization, and profitability insights within a complex logistics framework.
