Role Overview: You will be joining the Global M&A team at Sandoz as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the transaction pipeline by compiling, cleaning, and preparing internal financial and business datasets for external sharing. K ... ey Responsibilities: - Consolidate financial data from multiple sources into unified master files - Aggregate business and financial data into unified master files - Identify and resolve data discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies - Communicate data issues clearly and promptly to the Project Lead - Deliver high-quality outputs on time, with minimal supervision - Proactively seek clarification when project instructions are ambiguous or incomplete and provide realistic time estimates for tasks to support accurate project planning - Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables - Collaborate remotely with a globally distributed team and develop and propose templates and systems to streamline future data compilation and update - Contribute to M&A process documents, such as teasers and information memorandums Qualification Required: - Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) - Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word - Familiarity with accounting files, corporate finance, and general financial terminology - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial databases beneficial but not required - Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance in financial transactions - Strong project management or organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential
