Sugarfit is expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking for experienced Senior Data Analysts to join our team. Role : Senior Data Analyst Key Responsibilities : • Work independently to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data efficiently (Non-negotiable) • Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and visualization. • Use Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros) for quick ad-hoc analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards. • Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data, providing recommendations for process improvements. • Strong understanding of product, business, marketing metrics. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Skills : • 4-5 years of experience in a data analytics role. • Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries, optimization, indexing, joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.) • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar libraries). • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and automation. • Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and ETL processes. • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with stakeholders. • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects end-to-end. • Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence decision-making. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
