Senior Data Analyst – Digital Products (AI & Advanced Analytics) Location: Bengaluru, India (Local Candidates Preferred) Role Type: Individual Contributor Experience: 6–10 years Role Overview The Senior Data Analyst – Digital Products will lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives in close partnership with Sales and Growth stakeholders. This role applies statistical modeling, machine learning, and generative AI to solve complex commercial problems and enable scalable, data-driven digital capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Own complex analytics and AI initiatives supporting Sales and Growth objectives • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models (predictive, classification, optimization) • Develop and apply Generative AI / LLM solutions for commercial and productivity use cases • Translate business problems into analytical approaches and models • Measure model performance, adoption, and business impact • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders • Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts (no formal people management) • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Required Qualifications • 6–10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or applied AI • Strong foundation in advanced analytics and statistics • Hands-on experience with machine learning models in production or near-production settings • Practical experience working with Generative AI / LLMs • Proficiency in Python (and/or R), SQL, and data science libraries • Ability to independently drive projects end-to-end Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Sales, Growth, or commercial teams • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience quantifying business impact and ROI of analytics/AI initiatives • Familiarity with MLOps concepts.
