Job Specification : Senior Data Analyst (Product & Insights) Reports To : Head of Engineering & Product (India) Location : Remote (India Based) Schedule : Flexible (Requires significant overlap with UK Business Hours) Type : Full-Time Core Contractor (Long-Term) The Role We're looking for a Senior AdTech Data Analyst who is experienced in Advanced SQL, Snowflake, and BI Visualisation (Tableau / PowerBI / Looker). You'll own the daily data integrity, pipeline validation, and insight generation across multiple clients and our evolving AdTech data product. Responsibilities • Migration QA & Validation : Independently validate new AdTech ETL pipelines during our 2026 infrastructure migration. • Daily Data Operations : Ensure data for 100+ clients is flowing correctly from source to dashboard every morning. • Strategic Insights : Translate performance data into commercial opportunities. • Automation Logic : Identify manual reporting steps and script them (SQL / Python). • Product Feedback : Act as the primary 'Alpha Tester' for our internal tools. • Discrepancy Ownership : Become the go-to authority for data accuracy. What We're Looking For • Experience : ~4–7 years in Data Analytics or Analytics Engineering. • Advanced SQL Proficiency : You don't just run queries; you write complex joins. • Cloud DB Experience : Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. • Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of AdTech data. • Visualization Skills : Ability to explain complex data clearly using SQL-backed analysis. • High Agency & Detail : You spot problems and fix them without waiting for permission. • Automation Mindset : You hate manual tasks and actively look for ways to script. • Communication : Excellent written communication for reporting and stakeholder updates.
