Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst – Team Lead to oversee data analytics operations, lead a team of analysts, and ensure delivery of high-quality, data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and accountability. • Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, project execution, and best practices. 2. Project & Stakeholder Management • Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of data analytics projects. • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with business objectives. 3. Data Management & Quality Control • Oversee data receipt from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Establish and maintain data validation, quality checks, and governance processes. 4. Data Analysis & Insights Generation • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Apply statistical techniques and analytical methodologies. 5. Reporting & Communication • Oversee the preparation of study reports, dashboards, and presentations. • Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with sponsor expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Clinical Data Analysis / Biostatistics or related field. • Proven experience in team leadership and project management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
