Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience (Skills: Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Agile) Job Location : India Job Type: Remote Role Overview: We are seeking highly experienced Senior Data & Analytics Engineers with over 10 years of industry experience to lead end‑to‑end data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidates will have deep technical expertise in building scalable data platforms using Snowflake, developing transformation pipelines with dbt, and leveraging AWS cloud services. Strong experience working in Agile environments is essential. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years in Data Engineering/Data & Analytics. • Strong expertise in Snowflake and dbt. • Advanced knowledge of AWS data services. • Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Good to Have: • CI/CD experience. • Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt. Key Responsibilities: • Lead design and implementation of large‑scale data architectures and pipelines. • Build and optimize data models and transformation workflows using dbt. • Architect and manage scalable data warehousing solutions on Snowflake. • Develop and maintain high‑quality ETL/ELT processes. • Utilize AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and EC2. • Drive data quality, governance, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
